Fajitas de pez

Estos fajitas son hechos con pez, limon, y salsa verde. Staying true to it's mexican heritage, these fajitas are made with mahi mahi and a salsa of traditional tomatillos. Avocados and limes help to give a contrasting flavor that balance out eachother.

  1. Oh my gosh, it's not even 6:00 am, but this picture made my mouth water! LOL Since I no longer cook, I'll have to see if I can find someone to try these. Of course finding fresh mahi mahi might prove a challenge here in the Panhandle!

  2. Fajitas with fish? Really, the closest ive heard of is a fish taco or shrimp fajitas and im turning green just typing that. Its all the green color and fish seems more delicate to me. Still it might be worth a try (Dasha, you can come just in case i cant handle it!) if you know a place that serves mahi mahi fajitas?

  3. Fijaitas with fish actually sounds really good. That picture makes it look really good too. I love mexican food, especially fajitas and avocados. I bet shrimp would be great with it too!
